Here's How We Do It Now..
When you fill out the service form make sure you have filled in the e-mail address line, proper shipping address, and a daytime phone number, plus circle your payment option. When I receive the package I will e-mail you that it is in my shop. When the reels are completed I will e-mail you an invoice for the reel service, shipping and insurance charges according to the option you have picked on the service form.
