More On The Water!
Welcome to the photo gallery

Here is Chet Zaremski from NJ, he is a client of The Reel Mechanic posing with a great striper. He sent me these photos and a following note: "12/07/04 It just goes to show what you can catch with a properly cared for reel. I received the reels yesterday and figured i would try them out today. I caught plenty of stripers with no problem. I want you to know how well the reels performed".

Here is Chet and fellow anglers posing with a great stringer of striper from their 12/07 trip, here is the story. "We were fishing in NJ at a place called the RIPS. The RIPS were given that name because of the structure located below. The water is choppy because the bay and ocean come together here. All of the fish were taken on live bait such as clams and eels. I was fishing with 20 lb test loaded on my two shimano. The rods were st. croix med-heavy fast action. The single picture was the biggest fish weighing in at 35lbs at 44 inches. The other fish varied in weight from 12-25 lbs. If it was not for the fish keeping our blood pumping we would have froze to death. Water was 52° and the air was 38°. The water was choppy with 3-4 foot seas."
