Warning!
We are warning all of our future and current clients, not to use UPS or FedEx as the shippers of their reels to us anymore.
We are up in arms with both of these companies because of the way they deliver YOUR reels to us. You may think that you are paying for a quality ground delivery service but in fact the companies are just dropping your reels off after my shop closes, and I'm luckily finding them the next day.
We use USPS and so should you, the delivery drivers for our area know us well and we never have a problem with packages just left at the shop door. Another positive point is that they deliver on Saturdays..
